Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Elvarlab AI (Los Angeles, California — "we") collects through elvarlabai.com, the agent front desk on the site, and our AI phone receptionist; how we use it; who processes it; and your rights.
What we collect
What you type into the front desk: the conversation, and anything you choose to tell us — your name, company, industry, needs, phone number, email and a good time to reach you.
The inquiry summary the agent writes from the conversation.
Once the phone line opens: the calling number, a transcript and a summary of the call. Each call begins by telling you it is an AI assistant and that the call is recorded.
To prevent abuse we keep a one-way hash of each visitor's IP address (never the address itself) to enforce rate limits.
Our hosting providers keep basic access logs (such as time and page requested) to run the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
To answer your questions, understand what you need, and have a member of our team contact you the way and at the time you choose.
To email the inquiry summary and transcript to our team.
To improve the agent's answers and to prevent spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Who processes it
We rely on service providers: website hosting (Vercel), backend hosting and database (Railway), email delivery (Resend), telephony (Twilio, once the line opens), and AI model providers (for example DeepSeek, and other OpenAI-compatible model services).
AI model providers receive the conversation in order to write replies, and their servers may be outside the United States. Please don't type government ID numbers, card numbers, passwords or other sensitive information into the front desk.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted, or sooner if you ask.
The hashed IP values used for rate limits are kept only as long as the limit window.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. California residents have the corresponding rights under the CCPA, and we will not treat you differently for using them. Email hello@elvarlabai.com with the phone number or email you used so we can find your records.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and adults, not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date above will change when we do, and significant changes will be noted on the site.
